About Eagle Elevate

Built to elevate.

We exist to serve the players, families and community around us — by turning potential into measurable progress through purposeful training, structured performance systems and meaningful connections.

Why we exist

Mission & vision

Our mission

Turn potential into measurable progress through purposeful training, structured performance systems and meaningful connections.

Our vision

A community where people are empowered to reach their potential, sustain excellence, and create opportunities for themselves and others.

Service first

Measured by the people we help grow.

Success at Eagle Elevate isn't counted in lessons sold. It's measured in players who compete with confidence, families who feel informed and supported, and young people who carry discipline and leadership into school, work and life.

That's why we invest in honest assessment, clear communication and long-term plans — and why we see ourselves as part of the Metro East community, not just a business operating in it.

Our philosophy

Potential is common. Progress is intentional.

The difference between the two is a system — one that gives every athlete clarity about where they are, where they're going and what it takes to get there.

01

Purpose over volume

More hours aren't the goal. Better hours are. Every drill connects to a reason.

02

Systems over guesswork

Repeatable structures for planning and feedback turn good intentions into steady improvement.

03

Character with competition

Effort, sportsmanship and resilience are trained with the same care as forehands.

04

Connection compounds

When athletes, families and coaches pull in the same direction, everyone moves faster.

The EAGLE identity

Five principles we live by.

E

Effort

Show up fully — every rep, every session, every day.

A

Accountability

Own your preparation, your choices and your results.

G

Growth

Measure progress, learn from feedback, keep improving.

L

Leadership

Lead yourself first, then lift the people around you.

E

Excellence

Raise the standard — and sustain it.

Founder & CEO, Eagle Elevate · Entrepreneur · Performance Coach · Leader

“Potential is common. Persistent execution and continuous learning are what create performance.”

Originally from Zimbabwe, Kudakwashe “Kuda” E. Sandi is an entrepreneur, performance-focused tennis coach and business professional dedicated to helping people turn their potential into measurable progress.

His journey has been shaped by discipline, leadership and a conviction that success isn't simply about talent — it's about building the systems, habits and mindset required to perform consistently.

A former collegiate tennis player and team captain at Principia College, Kuda earned his Bachelor's degree in Business Administration with Honors, with a concentration in Entrepreneurship. His experience extends beyond athletics into business operations, technology and organizational leadership, and he is currently pursuing graduate studies in Business Administration and Management Information Systems at Southern Illinois University Edwardsville (SIUE).

Along the way, Kuda noticed the same challenge again and again: people with extraordinary potential who lacked the structure, accountability and opportunity to fully develop it. That realization became Eagle Elevate — a high-performance ecosystem built on three connected pillars: Performance, Podcast and Community.

As a coach, Kuda emphasizes technical development, competitive intelligence, discipline and measurable improvement, so players and families can see exactly where progress is happening and what comes next. As an entrepreneur, his vision reaches beyond the court: to build an organization that serves its community by developing confident, capable and accountable people — ready to perform in sport, business and life.

For Kuda, Eagle Elevate is more than a business. It's a commitment to create an environment where people are challenged to grow, equipped to execute, and connected to the opportunities that take them to their next level.
